Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident education, with opportunities for 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to take vital signs and administer medications.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
