Rockville Center in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role focuses on geriatric patient care in a SNF/long-term unit, with duties including medication administration, vital signs, and care plans.

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
