Rockville Center is searching for a talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing facility in New York. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs to support geriatric residents.

Shifts are 7AM-3PM with every other weekend required. We offer competitive wages, medical/dental/vision, insurance, and fringe benefits to support staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (NY).
• Alternate weekends required.

Responsibilities

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
