Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric-focused team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and supervise CNAs, with a strong emphasis on quality of life for residents. Shifts are 7AM-3PM with alternating weekends.

Rockville Center is searching for a talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team.

The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
