Job summary

Rockville Center is searching for a talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing facility. The position requires a NY LPN license, the ability to evaluate and treat independently, and a passion for geriatric care.

You will provide care for residents on the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications (including IVs), take vital signs, and educate residents and families. Shifts are 7AM-3PM with every-other weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Willingness to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
