Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for all shifts in a rehabilitative and long-term care setting.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on for full-time, a pay rate of $29–$33.64 per hour based on experience, daily pay, generous benefits, and opportunities for growth. Walk-in interviews welcome, with a supportive leadership and team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care delivery complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
