The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team in Queens. This full‑time position offers day and evening shifts, with opportunities to work closely with geriatric residents and their families.

Responsibilities include medication administration, taking vital signs, resident care and education, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, and care teams to support residents’ well‑being. Immediate hiring.

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour
