Job summary

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The role supports geriatric residents, administers medications, and collaborates with physicians, NPs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Shifts run 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. This full-time or part-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate up to $34.48, with benefits available after 90 days including medical, dental and vision coverage and additional employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, including IVs where permitted.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident and family education.
• Communicating with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.
• Provide resident care and treatment with monitoring of outcomes.
