The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality geriatric care, administer medications, monitor resident status, and collaborate with physicians and families.

We offer day and evening shifts and competitive benefits. Eligibility requires NY LPN licensure and a passion for improving residents' daily experiences, with opportunities to supervise CNAs

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of NY, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience. Hiring Immediately.

Rate: Up to $34.48 an hour

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

• Current License-LPN

Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
