Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and to support Quality-of-Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and help develop care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and responding to emergencies when needed to ensure residents live their best lives in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required.
• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Willingness to respond to community emergencies as needed.
• A compassionate, hospitality-focused approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes and help develop and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate resident needs, community conditions, and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.

Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (PRN, flexible days)
