Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place, Nashville, is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support the health services team.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, update care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. This role offers competitive benefits and a welcoming, hospitality-focused culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes and help develop and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate resident needs, community conditions, and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.

Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (PRN, flexible days)

What You\'ll Do
