Job summary

Clarendale is seeking PRN LPN/RN nurses to provide high quality care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes flexible PRN scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and collaboration with a supportive leadership team. TN residents with licensure are encouraged to apply and help maintain a positive, dignified living environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and wellness initiatives.
• Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do
