Job summary

Clarendale at Bellevue Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate resident-centered nursing care and to support the Health Services team.

The position offers an initial pay of $34/hour with PRN shifts and a comprehensive benefits package including Daily Pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Life Insurance, PTO, EAP, and referral programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes and help update individualized care plans.
• Communicate resident needs and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.

What You\'ll Do

As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while supporting and guiding our Quality-of-Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.

• Communicate resident needs, community conditions, and supply requirements to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
• Coordinate preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to support staff.
