Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our skilled care team. This role focuses on high-quality resident care, daily treatments, and collaboration with physicians to support rehabilitation goals.

We offer top pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, daily pay option, and a benefits package including insurance and employee perks. Morning and evening shifts are available for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program or hold a nursing degree with LPN/RN credentials.
• Ability to document care and manage records for residents accurately.
• Commitment to infection control and patient privacy as per DOH and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care services in medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and families about treatment plans and status changes.
• Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Consult with residents’ physicians about plans of care and changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Support quality of care by following standards of practice.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to solve resident issues.

Available Shifts:

Day shift, Night Shift, Full time, Part time, Per Diem.

Duties Include:

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc… as well as family members.
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as all other facility policies and procedures.
• Consult with resident’s physician regarding resident’s plan of care as well as notifying them of any changes.
• Maintain resident’s confidentiality and privacy.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards of practice and facility standards of care.
• Assist with solving resident’s problems by working with the interdisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.
