Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking an LPN to join our team. We offer top pay, weekly pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus with daily pay options.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation in resident records, education for residents and families, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to maintain DOH standards. Applicants must have a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program; we are an Equal Opportunity

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc. as well as family members.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures and facility standards.
• Consult with resident's physician regarding plan of care and notify changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care by following DOH standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to solve residents' problems.

Available Shifts:

Day shift, Night Shift, Full time, Part time, Per Diem.

Duties Include:

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc… as well as family members.
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as all other facility policies and procedures.

• Assist with solving resident’s problems by working with the interdisciplinary team.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
