Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN to provide medication administration and patient care. The position offers top pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, weekly and daily pay options, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.
• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical record and department records.
• Educate residents regarding treatment, rehabilitation, change of status, etc., and inform family members.
• Adhere to infection control policies and all facility policies and procedures.
• Consult with physician regarding resident’s plan of care and notify of changes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure quality of care by following DOH standards and facility standards.
• Assist with solving resident problems with the interdisciplinary team.

Education
