Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, documenting vital signs, and performing routine medical procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical charts and resident data
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Requirements

• Active & good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working in a long-term care/skilled nursing or related nursing setting.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed
