Position Overview: As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care, administer treatments, and work closely with the care team to ensure residents receive top-quality service. Your role is vital to maintaining health and comfort.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes
• Accurately document nursing care and resident progress
• Support nursing assistants and collaborate with healthcare staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment

Shift Details:

12-hour shifts available from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Full-time and part-time schedules offered

Sign-on bonus available (details provided upon hiring)
