Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. All shifts available: 3:00pm–11:00pm (Full Time and Part Time) and 11:00pm–7:00am (Full Time and Part Time).

Provide nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments as ordered, collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with care standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
