Responsibilities:

Every nurse plays an instrumental role in enriching the lives of residents by providing compassionate, detail-oriented care. This includes administering medication, completing assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions to embody person-centered care.

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide hands-on care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Use clinical knowledge to monitor and assess residents' health needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, fostering independence and providing support.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
