Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring a full-time LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide resident care in SNF and long-term units, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options. The role requires NY LPN licensure, independence in care, and a passion for geriatric patients; shifts include day, evening, and night.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in NY required.
Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
Geriatric care passion and willingness to perform therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities

Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
Medication administration, including IVs.
Take and record vital signs.
