Avenues Recovery Center is hiring LPNs for the 3 PM-11 PM shift in Covington, LA. Join a nationwide network delivering detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services with a strong team-driven culture.

Responsibilities include admitting patients, coordinating meds, documenting care, and educating clients. We seek licensed LPNs with strong communication, attention to detail, and compassion in a recovery-focused setting.

Now Hiring LPNs for the 3 PM-11 PM Shift at Avenues Recovery Center in Covington, LA!

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year diploma program post - high school
• Current licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
