Avenues Recovery is seeking overnight nurses (RN or LPN) for our detox and residential facility in North Chesterfield, VA. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care across admission, treatment, and discharge in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Requirements include completion of a post-high school nursing diploma and in-state licensure (or multistate with privileges). Strong communication, attention to detail, and compassionate care are essential for success.

Now hiring overnight nurses for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility, in North Chesterfield, VA!

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year diploma program post - high school
• Current RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
