• Working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
• Maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided.
• Assisting with meds and treatments as needed.
• Other patient care duties as assigned.

NHC Clinton, located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for an LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse. This beautiful 131 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for the LPN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual and a quick learner with electronic documentation.
