NHC Clinton, a 131-bed skilled nursing facility in Clinton, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time 12-hour shift. You will work with an interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, develop care plans, and ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.

NHC Clinton, located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for an LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse.

This beautiful 131 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for the LPN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual and a quick learner with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided; assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
