Job summary

Celina Health Care Center is seeking an Evening Shift LPN to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor residents' vital signs in a compassionate setting.

You will maintain accurate care records, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and adapt to changing needs while pursuing ongoing education and delivering high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN license in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
