Job summary

Celina Health Care Center seeks an Evening Shift LPN to provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, conduct vital signs, and assist with daily living activities.

Join a compassionate team, maintain accurate care records in our EMR system, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education. Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Adapt to changing priorities and needs, and respond accordingly
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
