Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our residential special education team serving children with developmental disabilities. This role provides around-the-clock care, medication administration, and collaborative support across shifts.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, new starting pay rates and differentials, and a supportive, team-oriented environment across day, evening, and night schedules committed to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN.
