Job summary

Luther Oaks Senior Living Community in Bloomington is hiring a PRN LPN. Earn $34.00/hour with shift differentials; minimum 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift. PRN schedule offers flexibility to pick day or night shifts.

As part of a nursing team across a full-continuum campus, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, document care, and coordinate with physicians and families to support residents’ wellbeing. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift.
• Preferred: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living.

• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition.

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts.
