Job summary

Luther Oaks, Bloomington Life Plan Community, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care across the continuum of care. The role offers a PIB (Paid In Lieu of Benefits) schedule and pay of $45.00/hour, with flexible shifts and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to promote safety and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care and support residents across our full continuum of care.
