Job summary

Luther Oaks in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (PIB) to provide direct nursing care across our care continuum. The position offers a $45.00/hour PIB schedule with flexible shifts and no benefits deductions, enabling meaningful resident-focused care.

Qualifications

About Luther Oaks
Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care and support residents across our full continuum of care.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living

Pay

• $45.00/hour PIB (Paid In Lieu of Benefits) rate
• Additional shift differentials may apply
