Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking an LPN in Annapolis, MD to provide skilled nursing care for recently discharged patients and long‑term residents. You’ll administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support therapy and daily living needs.

The role emphasizes leadership in clinical settings, detailed documentation, and family education, with focus on delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. Location: Annapolis, MD.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an LPN in long‑term care (PRN accepted with experience).
• Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as an LPN.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional reference check, and physical evaluation.
• Professional, clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound/skin care, wound prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Monitor physical and mental health status, track changes and analyze data.
• Clinical procedures: Provide catheter/ostomy care and gather specimens.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and other team members.
• Educate families and residents about health status, changes and care expectations.
• Document detailed records of health status, care, progress, and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate CNA responsibilities, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
