AHL Healthcare Group in Andover, MN is urgently hiring an LPN. The role involves advocacy, support, education, and caregiving to individuals with disabilities, developing living skills and promoting independence.

Responsibilities include health maintenance, medication administration, and personal care under the RN supervisor, in a compassionate home-like setting. Compensation is competitive for the shift from 2pm to 10pm.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or CNA is required.
• Experience with high medical needs and personal care preferred.
• Group home setting experience is a plus.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Pass MN DHS Background Study.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean record.

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 hour depending on experience

Hours of Positions: 2pm - 10pm

Location: Andover, MN

Requirements

• Current LPN or CNA


• Past experience with high medical needs and personal cares


• Prefer past experience in a group home setting


• Compassionate and caring demeanor
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
