Job summary

Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our care team for night shift duties in Adamsville, TN. You will direct CNAs, participate in admissions/discharges, and administer medications per physician orders within a team-based setting.

The role requires an unrestricted Tennessee LPN license and CPR/BLS certification, with a comprehensive benefits package including dailyPay, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN License for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident's conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
