The role follows Joint Commission and state guidelines to deliver safe, effective care and to support a multidisciplinary treatment approach.

Responsibilities include data collection, accurate documentation, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and therapists to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• LPN provides nursing care under RN supervision.
• Must follow Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations.
