Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality nursing care to assigned group of patients under RN supervision.
• Documents findings in patient records and communicates with health care team.
• Implements care plans and performs nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Conducts bedside labs and wound care; assists with ADLs.
• Administers medications safely and documents doses.
• Leads and precepts new staff; supports ongoing improvement.
