Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents per physician orders and standards.
• Conduct shift handoffs and document nursing reports.
• Maintain clean and sanitary care areas and equipment.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered per standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document nurse notes.
