• Performs resident assessments/observations and updates care plans as needed.
• Monitors vital signs, administers appropriate therapies within license limits, and provides respiratory care.
• Documents care accurately in nurse's notes and communicates with families, physicians, and staff.
• Ensures a safe environment and adherence to infection control standards.
• Collaborates with the IDT to recommend care plan changes.
• Follows HIPAA policies and participates in routine duty assignments.
