Job summary

Redeemer Health in Huntingdon Valley, PA seeks an experienced LPN to provide hands-on nursing support for residents in licensed facilities. You will participate in Community Participation Supports programs and help coordinate care as part of the ID program expansion.

The ID Program extends Redeemer's mission to care, comfort and heal for adults with intellectual disabilities. A valid PA driver’s license, EMR proficiency, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN with 3+ years' experience including tracheostomy and Type 1 Diabetes care.
• Experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Basic computer literacy and EMR navigation skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication with internal/external customers.
• Valid PA driver's license and ability to pass background checks (Act 34, Act 73 FBI).

To provide hands‑on nursing support to ensure the health and wellness of individuals residing in licensed 6400 facilities. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)3+ years' experience with tracheostomy and Type 1 DiabetesExperienceworkingwith individualswithintellectualdisabilitiesBasic computer literacy and ability to navigate administration and implementation of Electronic Medical Record systemsAbility to facilitate communication between internal and external customersExcellent basic and persuasive communication skillsMust have a valid PA driver's license, and satisfactory background checks including but not limited to (Act 34 Criminal Clearance and Act 73 FBI Clearance).
