Job summary

Redeemer Health in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to deliver hospice and palliative care across community, nursing home, or inpatient settings. You will be a patient advocate and clinical expert, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team and supporting families with end‑of‑life needs.

This role requires a valid nursing license, a BSN preferred, and at least one year of med/surg, home care, or rehab experience; weekend/holiday availability is required, with a $6,000

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year med/surg, nursing home, or rehab or 2 years’ experience as a professional nurse.
• 1 year home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Able to meet weekend and holiday requirements.
• Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification

Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community, nursing home, or inpatient hospice setting. Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family. Participates in professional development activities that further personal and program goals related to end of life care.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
