Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.
• One year experience in a caregiver role (work/volunteer or life experience preferred in the intellectual disabilities service system).
• Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers.
• Excellent basic and persuasive communication skills.
• Must have a valid PA driver's license and satisfactory background checks including Act 33/Act 34/Act 73.

SUMMARY OF JOB

This position provides an opportunity to share one's life on a daily basis with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Responsible for the overall support to individuals by teaching skills that foster independence and community integration.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

• High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate data systems.

• Ability to facilitate communication between internal and external customers
