Job summary

Ohio's Hospice in Franklin, OH is seeking a qualified LPN Hospice Float Nurse for a full-time day shift.

You will support patients in facility and home settings with compassionate, interdisciplinary care and assist families during difficult moments. This role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and reliable driving; weekend and holiday rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio with no board actions.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to document services clearly and accurately.
• Must be able to drive in various weather and conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in both facility and home settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Hospice LPN - Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with and every 6th weekend and 1 holiday rotation per year; This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes in Middletown and Butler/Warren Counties.

Qualifications of this role:

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.


• One year of nursing experience is preferred.


• CPR Certified.


• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.


• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.


• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.


• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.


• Must be able to pass a criminal background check


• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
