Ohio's Hospice in Franklin, OH is seeking a dedicated LPN Hospice Float Nurse for a full-time day shift. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate care to patients and support families in both facilities and home settings.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. You will document care on a computer and participate in ongoing professional development across Middletown and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• LPN license (Ohio) with no board actions.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Computer skills to document services.
• Ability to drive during day, night, or inclement weather.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• State minimum automobile insurance coverage.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in hospice settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Deliver compassionate, dignity-focused nursing for patients and families.

Hospice LPN - Making every moment matter

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT position, M-F 8am-5pm with and every 6th weekend and 1 holiday rotation per year; This is a driving position seeing patients in both facilities and homes in Middletown and Butler/Warren Counties.

Qualifications of this role:

• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.


• One year of nursing experience is preferred.


• CPR Certified.


• Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.


• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.


• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.


• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
