Job summary

Sentara Hospice seeks a qualified LPN to provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes in Chesapeake, VA. The position features weekend night shifts (Sat/Sun, 5PM-8AM) and a part-time schedule (30 hours/week).

Ideal candidates will hold an LPN license for Virginia, have BLS certification within 90 days, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with hospice experience strongly preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered.
