Job summary

Sentara Hospice seeks a qualified LPN to join a home health care team in Suffolk, VA. The role is part-time (32 hours/week) with weekend night shifts (Sat & Sun, 5PM-8:30AM). You will provide direct patient care in the home, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and support families in a compassionate setting.

Required are a VA LPN license, a trade school nursing credential, and BLS within 90 days. Prior hospice experience is preferred. Salary is hourly and includes incentives and benefits.
