Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Chattanooga is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes, caring for a range of conditions including G-tube, Trach, and Vent. Day or Night shifts are available with 8, 10, or 12 hour lengths.

Est. pay: $25 - $32 per hour (case by case). A sign-on bonus of $1,200 for day shifts and up to $4,000 for night shifts is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in-state.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
