Maxim Healthcare is seeking a qualified LPN to provide one-on-one home health nursing care. You will deliver direct patient care in the home setting, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
