Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 home care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting individualized care plans. You will document care and collaborate with the healthcare team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered services in patients’ homes.

Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required; 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. Various shifts (day, evening, overnight) and flexible scheduling offered.
