Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Texas is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. Expect consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Flexible schedules include day, evening, and overnight shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. You will work with local clinical and office support and receive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
