Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will deliver care on a daily basis, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans within a home-based setting.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support from a local office.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
